Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) tepung cangkang kepiting dan bonggol pisang terhadap pertumbuhan rumput odot (Pennisetum Purpureum Cv. Mott). Mengetahui analisis R/C Ratio dari pembuatan POC. Kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan Metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan sehingga diperoleh 20 satuan percobaan. Pengujian empat kelompok perlakuan yaitu tanpa pemberian POC (kontrol), 150 ml POC/polybag, 300 ml POC/polybag, 450 ml POC/polybag. Data pengamatan dan hasil analisis diuji dengan metode uji statistic One Way Anova dan uji Duncan dengan SPSS. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan POC tepung cangkang kepiting dan bonggol pisang 450 ml POC/polybag memberikan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman (71.160 cm), jumlah daun (43.4 helai), berat basah segar (414.00 g) dan jumlah anakan (2.80 batang) rumput odot.
