Avocado cultivation on open land is closely related to the dynamics of climate change and environmental conditions. Errors in cultivation can cause damage or degradation of soil fertility and water availability on the land, so it must be considered in the future (sustainability). The purpose of this study was to analyse the sustainability status of the avocado orchard business and identify the dominant attributes that affect the sustainability of the avocado orchard business in terms of the dimensions of sustainability. The method used is descriptive quantitative using the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method and Rapid Appraisal of Sustainability (RAPS). Overall, The results showed that avocado cultivation's sustainability status at PT Perkebunan Buah Subang is entirely sustainable. The ecological, economic, social, and Infratech dimensions show a fairly sustainable category, while the management dimension is very sustainable. Dominant attributes include waste management, water availability, added value, market penetration, access to products, empowerment through partnerships, employment, infrastructure flexibility, road feasibility, superior seeds, harvest standard operating procedure, post-harvest handling, and responsiveness. To improve corporate sustainability performance, this study confirms that a multidimensional approach is key to achieving holistic sustainability.
