This research aimed to determine the best transplanting age on the growth and production of mustard. This research was conducted at the STPP Gowa field laboratory in the Romanglompoa Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province and run from March to May 2015. The experimental design used was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three treatments and four replications so that there are twelve experimental plot consisting of: transplanting 7 Days After Sowing (DAS)(P1), transplanting 14 DAS (P2) and transplanting 21 DAS (P3). The results of the analysis using the F test showed significant differences. Treatment of P1 (7 DAS) gave significantly different results in plants' height (38.725 cm), number of leaves (20.75 strands) and production (176.00 g / plant) to the treatment P2 (14 DAS) and P3 (21 DAS).
